RICOCHET TO HEADLINE CHINA'S FIRST-EVER COUNTRY MUSIC
    FESTIVAL ON NOVEMBER 5

Trip Marks Group's First Venture With e-Commerce Technology, Inc.

(Nashville, Tennessee – November 1, 2006) -- e-Commerce Technology, Inc., a world class event management company based in California, has teamed up with Nashville country act Ricochet to bring an American country music festival to the People's Republic of China for the first time in history. On November 5, 2006, The New Century Palace in the City of Huangshan will host "An Evening of American Country Music." Huangshan, also called Yellow Mountain, is one of the most visited mountains by travelers from around the world. With an expected attendance of 20,000 people, no such country music event has ever been organized in the country.

Yong Yao, President and CEO of e-Commerce Technology, Inc. explains, "Our goal is to help begin to bridge the cultural gap between Chinese and American people and to bring a better understanding of American country music to Chinese citizens and travelers. We chose Ricochet for their high-energy live show, their willingness to adopt different cultures and their enthusiasm to be a part of this great event." In middle of 2007, e-Commerce Technology, Inc. will bring Ricochet back to China for a multi-city tour throughout the country.

Ricochet consists of five band members who earned considerable recognition in the mid 90s. Their impressive list of achievements includes nominations for "Vocal Group of the Year" by both the Academy of Country Music (ACM) and the Country Music Association (CMA), and "Best New Vocal Group" by both the ACM and Billboard Magazine. Their number one hit single in 1996, "Daddy's Money," is still one of the most recognized songs in country music history.

Commented Ricochet bass player Greg Cook, "We are very excited to be part of this ground-breaking event. It is truly an honor to be the first American country music act to ever tour mainland China. We hope to bring a bit of our American culture and music to the Chinese people and also see first-hand the culture and people of China, both and now and even more when we return for a three-week tour next year."

Also on the bill is opener Suzanne Karr of Nashville. From 1998 to 2002, Karr was the lead vocalist for one of Texas' best known touring bands, The Emotions. She has spent countless hours in recording studios and on the stage, and began traveling to Nashville and writing songs seven years ago before permanently re-locating in 2002. Karr was recently filmed singing at Nashville's renowned Bluebird Café for a TV special called "Forbes Top 10 Places to Live and Work" which will air on the Fine Living Network on November 5.

Said Karr, "I have been looking forward to our show in China since I found out about it. The opportunities that country music has to offer continue to amaze me. I never dreamed it would take me overseas. Hopefully our performance in Huangshan will leave the listeners in China wanting more American country music."
