To explore the land of the Great Wall, experience the rich Chinese culture,
and witness the rapid changes of China, City Travel creates "China Boxing
Event Tour" just for boxing fans here in the USA who want to visit China
while attending the China First World Professional Boxing Championship Event.
The itinerary of this exciting tour is as follows:
Schedule: Departure on August 13 and return on August 21, 2005
- Day 1 -- Leave USA for Beijing (please call City Travel to book your round trip tickets);
- Day 2 -- Arrive in Beijing (in late afternoon) and stay at Beijing International Hotel (5 star);
- Day 3 -- Board an early morning flight to Xian. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to the New Century Hotel (4 star). For the rest of the day, the tour takes you to the ancient City Wall, museum and imperial dumpling banquet;
- Day 4 - A whole day sightseeing to visit the Terra Cotta Warriors and Big Goose Pagoda. In the evening, leave for Hangzhou (stay at Lake View Hotel, 4 star);
- Day 5 -- A whole day sightseeing of Hangzhou Linyin Temple and Six Harmony Pagoda (stay at Lake View Hotel);
- Day 6 - A whole day sightseeing of the famous West Lake (Lake View Hotel);
- Day 7 - Leave for Shanghai by train in the early morning, visit Shanghai Yu Garden, the Jade Buddha Temple. In the evening, leave for Beijing (stay at Beijing International Hotel);
- Day 8 -- A Whole day sightseeing of the Great Wall and Ming Tombs. In the evening, enjoy the China First World Professional Boxing Championship Event at the Beijing Capital Gym (stay at Beijing International Hotel);
- Day 9 - In the morning, visit Tian An Men Square and Forbidden City. In the afternoon, leave for USA and will return USA in the same day.
Our total package price (including international and domestic airfares,
all 4/5 star hotel rooms, ground transportation, English tour guide,
boxing event tickets, and three meals a day): the cost of airfares plus
$790, additional $240 for single occupancy.
